## About this event

A World of Fun, Learning and Family Togetherness! 🌈 Some of the most meaningful childhood memories are created through laughter, discovery and moments shared with family. On Friday, 23rd October 2026, the National Theatre of Ghana presents FUN WORLD, a special Family Edutainment Programme designed to bring entertainment and education together in a setting where children and families can connect, learn and enjoy themselves. Taking place at the Main Auditorium of the National Theatre, Fun World creates an opportunity for families, students and young audiences to experience the value of entertainment as a tool for learning, creativity and personal development. MORE THAN ENTERTAINMENT, A CELEBRATION OF WELL-BEING. This edition of Fun World is held in commemoration of World Mental Health Day and Breast Cancer Day, bringing attention to two important areas of health and well-being. Through its family-centered theme, the programme highlights the importance of creating supportive environments where children and adults can develop awareness, share experiences and appreciate the value of physical and emotional well-being. WHERE EDUCATION MEETS ENTERTAINMENT. At the heart of Fun World is the idea of edutainment, making learning enjoyable through creative and engaging experiences. The programme reflects the National Theatre of Ghana's commitment to promoting cultural development, creativity and meaningful entertainment for audiences of different ages.
