Getting started
Where should I start?
For an event, start with Events. For awards, open Digital Voting; for a cause, open Fundraising. Read the campaign’s dates, organizer and participation rules before choosing a ticket, nominee or donation.
How do I begin creating a campaign?
Register for the appropriate creator account and complete its verification. Prepare genuine campaign details, artwork and the relevant ticket, voting or fundraising configuration. Save a draft and follow the existing review and approval requirements before public participation.
Are tickets, votes and donations the same campaign?
No. Each campaign has a defined type and its own participation flow. A ticket grants event access under its terms; a vote supports a nominee under voting rules; a donation contributes to a stated cause. Follow the action on that campaign.
Accounts and access
Which sign-in should I use?
Use the entry for your actual role: creator, organizer team member, vendor, volunteer or nominee. An invitation or assigned campaign may be required. Choosing a role on a public page does not add permissions to your account.
What if a verification code does not arrive?
Check the phone number or email you entered, including its country code or spelling. Wait for the resend timer and use the supported alternative shown on the form. Check email spam folders. Never send your code or password to support.
How do I recover account access?
Use the existing password-recovery page for the account’s email. Team, vendor, volunteer and nominee access may also depend on the original invitation or assignment. If that context is missing, contact the relevant organizer rather than creating duplicate accounts.
Events and tickets
How do I choose and buy the right ticket?
Open the event from Events and check its date, venue and ticket descriptions. Select an available ticket type and quantity, complete the required attendee fields, then continue to checkout. Review the stated currency and final breakdown before paying.
Where can I find a purchased ticket?
Follow the event’s confirmation or ticket-access link and use the same contact details supplied during purchase. Complete any required ownership verification. If the payment is pending or the ticket is missing, keep the reference and ask support to investigate before purchasing again.
Why is a ticket type unavailable or sold out?
Ticket capacity, sale dates, event status and purchase limits are set for that campaign. A displayed option may close before checkout if availability changes. Choose another available option where offered; a saved page does not reserve admission.
Awards and digital voting
How do I vote for a nominee?
Open the actual awards campaign, choose the category and check the nominee’s name or code. Select the permitted vote quantity and follow its required information and checkout steps. Voting windows, price and eligibility depend on that campaign.
Why can’t I see live vote totals?
Organizers can restrict public vote counts and result visibility. Hidden totals do not establish a missing vote or a particular ranking. Use the campaign’s published rules and official results; private totals cannot be disclosed through a public profile or support request.
How do public nominations work?
Use the nomination action only when the campaign enables it. Choose a category, supply the requested details and permitted image, and submit before its deadline. Submission can require organizer review and does not automatically publish a nominee or open voting.
Fundraising and donations
How do I contribute to a fundraiser?
Read the fundraiser’s purpose, organizer or beneficiary details and current status. Choose an allowed contribution, complete the requested donor information and review checkout. Keep the confirmation or transaction reference. A contribution follows the stated campaign and payment conditions.
What do a fundraiser’s goal and progress mean?
A goal states the campaign’s fundraising target in its currency. Public progress appears only where permitted and reflects the campaign’s recorded information. A target is not a guaranteed outcome, and hidden totals should not be treated as zero donations.
Can I donate anonymously?
Use the anonymity option where the actual donation form offers it, and review what it says about public display. Anonymity is not a promise that payment or legally required records disappear. Do not put sensitive personal information in a public donation message.
Payments and fees
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the methods actually offered in that campaign’s SparkGlim Checkout. Availability depends on the configured selling country, currency and payment service. A country appearing in a selector or a familiar provider brand does not guarantee that a payment method is enabled.
What happens after I leave checkout?
Checkout returns you to the campaign’s supported success or failure destination. SparkGlim’s payment services determine the recorded transaction outcome. Closing a page, seeing a bank debit or returning to the site does not alone establish a confirmed ticket, vote or donation.
Where can I see the exact price and fees?
Review the current pricing information and the actual checkout breakdown before confirming. Fees and charge currency follow the campaign’s configuration and the server’s quote. Display-language or country changes do not convert a purchase or rewrite an existing transaction.
Refunds and transaction issues
Is every transaction refundable?
No. Read the published Refund Policy and the campaign’s terms. Recorded votes and processing fees are generally non-refundable; exceptional technical or campaign issues may be reviewed. A support request is not approval, and this FAQ does not change the published policy.
What should I do about a debit without confirmation?
Keep the payment reference, campaign link, date, amount and currency. Check the existing return or confirmation page and contact support if the outcome remains unclear. Avoid repeatedly paying while the original attempt is unresolved; never share an OTP or full card number.
What if an event or campaign is cancelled?
Read the organizer’s official update and applicable campaign terms, then consult the Refund Policy. If you need review, provide the campaign link and transaction reference. Cancellation does not authorize this page to promise an automatic refund or a settlement date.
Countries and languages
Are my country and language linked?
They are separate choices. Country context helps show relevant public content; supported device-language preferences choose English, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Arabic. You can change either where the selector is offered. Explicit selections take priority over automatic detection.
Does selecting a country change campaign currency?
No. Campaign pricing and payment availability follow the existing financial configuration. Event location, selected browsing country and selling country can differ. Confirm the actual campaign currency and supported checkout methods; a localized homepage does not activate a payment market.
Can I participate through USSD without internet?
Only use the USSD routes actually advertised for the campaign and enabled market. Ghana/GHS is the currently integrated market; other countries are not enabled just because they appear in the country catalogue. Network, campaign and payment configuration still determine availability.
Apps and Desktop
Which SparkGlim application is for me?
The Audience App focuses on participation and personal access. Creator tools focus on preparing and managing authorized campaigns. Desktop serves supported event-operation workflows with confirmed release access and equipment compatibility. Check each application’s page instead of assuming identical features across clients.
Can I download Desktop and use any scanner?
Desktop access is controlled and the native client remains under development. Request access through its official page and confirm the operating system, release and equipment with SparkGlim. A screenshot or listed workflow does not establish a public installer or universal hardware support.
Does using an app give me organizer permissions?
No. The account’s real role and assigned campaigns determine access, regardless of the device. Sign in through the supported entry and use the organizer’s invitation where required. Installing an app or changing language cannot grant campaign management or financial permissions.
White Label solutions
How do Organization and Reseller differ?
Organization/Partner access supports a verified organization’s branded integration under its own approved contract. Reseller access uses separate member, session and reseller permissions. They are different operating models; one credential or role does not automatically unlock the other.
Can SparkGlim support my brand and domain?
White Label supports configured branding and verified-domain workflows. Discuss the required products, domain, audience and operating model before setup. Brand customization does not change campaign permissions, payment authority or the requirement to confirm enabled services for your agreement.
Is White Label immediate and self-service?
Do not assume an instant launch. Access, verified domains, products, integration work and commercial scope need confirmation through the supported onboarding path. Review the selected model and contact SparkGlim with your requirements; no universal launch time is promised.
Developer Platform
Where should developers begin?
Start at the Developer Platform and choose the public, Organization or Reseller contract that matches your project. Read authentication and the exact endpoint reference before implementation. Keep private credentials on your server and check current API availability separately from source documentation.
Should my integration calculate or verify payments?
Use the documented initialization contract and hand the customer to SparkGlim Checkout. SparkGlim Server owns authoritative prices, fees, verification and fulfillment. Preserve the supported return context; do not create a second browser payment-verification or vote-recording system.
Can I subscribe to arbitrary SparkGlim webhooks?
Do not infer a public subscription API from internal payment callbacks or a receiver in an example integration. Use only the notification contracts and endpoints actually documented as available for your product. If no supported subscription exists, ask SparkGlim rather than inventing one.
Plugins and AI integrations
Can I connect ChatGPT or Codex now?
Check the live plugin directory. ChatGPT and Codex have separate availability records; Codex was disabled in the latest audited configuration. Enabled status does not establish marketplace approval or your account connection. Use only the official setup and links currently offered.
Does copying an AI prompt connect my account?
No. The Developer AI hub prepares public implementation instructions for your chosen assistant and stack. A connected organizer plugin is a separate permission-based account flow. Do not paste passwords, session tokens, customer data or private keys into a prompt.
Is the WordPress package ready to install?
The existing WordPress White Label source package requires a compatibility review against the current Organization authentication contract. Its source files do not establish a supported public installer or production readiness. Read the compatibility page and discuss the integration before deployment.
SEVA controlled elections
Is SEVA the same as public awards voting?
No. Public awards campaigns support their configured nomination and participation rules. SEVA is a separate controlled-election project with a pre-release status and a different authorization model. Do not use an awards campaign or a SEVA preview as proof of election suitability.
Can SEVA run a live election today?
No. SEVA is pre-release and is not suitable for any election in its current state. Source-reviewed components, integration work and planned features have different evidence levels. Architecture, cryptographic code or screenshots do not establish a verified election-ready system.
How can an institution discuss SEVA?
Use the official SEVA consultation route to describe the proposed setting and requirements. Operational authorization belongs to SparkGlim’s Security and Technical Teams. This is a technical discussion, not self-service activation, an installer download or approval to conduct an election.
Privacy, security and support
What should I include in a support request?
Include the campaign or page link, your role, what you expected and what happened. For a payment issue, add the reference, date, amount and currency. Redact unnecessary personal details from screenshots. Never share passwords, OTPs, full card details or private API credentials.
How do I report a suspicious campaign or message?
Send the actual public link and a factual description through the official contact route. Keep relevant evidence without forwarding secrets or unnecessary third-party data. Use the site’s published links; do not approve unfamiliar account-consent or payment requests simply because they mention SparkGlim.
Where can I read about my information and privacy?
Read the published Privacy Policy for data collection, use and disclosure. Campaign public visibility and organizer permissions still apply. If you have a specific account or privacy concern, contact SparkGlim with enough context to identify the issue without publishing sensitive information.
A question about your own experience?
Send the campaign link and a clear description. For payment issues, include the transaction reference; keep passwords, OTPs and card details private.
