Awards rates are confirmed during campaign setup. Fundraising has one donation charge covering processing and standard settlement. SEVA is quoted separately as implementation work.
Payment processing
The charge for handling a payment. It is separate from the platform fee, except for the single inclusive fundraising charge.

Your questions, answered.
Does buying more tickets multiply the flat fee?
No. A booking containing several tickets has one transaction flat fee. Percentage charges apply to the total ticket value.
Can my agreed rate be different?
Yes. Confirm the rate and who pays each fee when setting up your campaign. The checkout breakdown shows the amount due before payment.
What happens when the transaction is free?
Percentage, flat and processing fees are all zero. Separately agreed implementation or enterprise work is priced independently.
