Image licensing and usage rights
Images on SparkGlim may be owned by SparkGlim, a campaign creator, an organizer, an author, or another credited rights holder. Public display does not automatically grant permission to reuse an image.
Identify the rights holder
Review the image credit, article author, campaign organizer, and accompanying copyright notice. Where a specific license is shown, follow that license before downloading, reproducing, modifying, or distributing the image.
Request permission
Send the exact SparkGlim page URL, the image you want to use, your intended use, distribution channels, territory, and requested duration. SparkGlim will respond directly for SparkGlim-owned media or route the request to the relevant creator where possible.
Editorial and campaign uploads
Campaign and blog contributors remain responsible for having the rights needed to publish their uploads. A reuse request may therefore require separate approval from that contributor or the original creator.
